วันที่ 18 ธันวาคม 2566 คณะเกษตรศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนราธิวาสราชนครินทร์ ได้ร่วมงานประชุมวิชาการนานาระดับปริญญาตรี International Undergraduate Conference on Agricultural and Life Sciences (IUCA) 2023 แบบ online โดยมี ผศ.ดร.สายทอง แก้วฉาย ได้ร่วมเป็น Keynote speaker ในหัวข้อ Novel Leaf Fall Disease of Rubber Tree in Southern Thailand

ทั้งนี้ ทางคณะได้ร่วมส่งนักศึกษานำเสนอผลงานวิจัยจำนวน 5 เรื่อง ได้แก่
1. Prediction of Marbling Fat in Live Fattening Beef by Ultrasound and Aging Period on Meat Quality โดย Jakkhaphan Pitchayapipatkul, Abdulrohim Useng , Nureehah Malee , Uyee Tektanee and ilham samoh (SDG12)

2. The Application of Spent Mushroom Lumps for The Growth and Yield of Agrocybe cylindracea โดย Najeehah Sama and Saithong Kaewchai (SDG12)

3. Colchicine Effects on Morphological Characters of Xanadu (Philodendron Xanadu) under Aseptic Condition โดย Pimpakarn Phuyot, Nurihan Chewaesulong, Nuseeta Awae and Raheema Wamaedeesa (SDG15)

4. Bambara Groundnut (Vigna subterranean) – Texture Vegetable Protein Proportions Can Provide Chunky in Meat Analogue Burger โดย Sitihananee Masae, Suraida Dueramae, Prichaya Saengsuwan, Chutithep Chaipet, and Roselawatee Toae (SDG2) (SDG12)

5. Effect of LED Lighting on The Growth of Philodendron “Cherry Red” โดย Wanita Sa-e, Neesah Pador and Raheema Wamaedeesa (SDG13)

โดยได้รับรางวัลรองชนะเลิศอันดับ 2 จำนวน 2 เรื่อง ได้แก่
